We offer a 7-day return policy for all our products. If you need to return an item, you can do so within 7 days from the date of delivery. Please note that we do not provide refunds; however, we will gladly offer an exchange for another product.

Unboxing Video Proof: You must provide an unboxing video showing the product in its original packaging and condition. This helps us verify any damage, size issues, or color discrepancies.

Original Condition: The item must be unused, with all original tags and packaging intact.

How to Initiate a Return

Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at support@queenswardrobe.in within 3 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and a brief description of the issue.

Submit Proof: Attach the unboxing video to your email. This video is essential for processing your return.

Approval: Our team will review your submission and get back to you within 2-3 business days with further instructions.

Exchange: Once your return is approved, we will arrange for the exchange of the product.

Important Notes

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is not available, we will offer an alternative of equal value.

Shipping costs for returning the item are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
